How does the membership work?

  • Apply: Fill out the application form on this website and tell us a little about yourself. Once a month we review all applications.
  • Become a Member: Once your application is approved, you'll receive an invitation to join our membership program. Your subscription unlocks all member benefits, including event bookings.
  • Join Events: Each month, enjoy one event booking with your membership. Want more? No problem! Easily book additional events through our platform with discounted rate as a member.

How much does it cost?

📍Amsterdam: Our membership costs 55 euros per month, paid monthly, or 50 euros per month if you pay every 3 months (150 euros per 3 months), and a one-off registration fee of 25 euros. You will receive 20 credits, which will be sufficient to book one event per month.

📍Barcelona: Our membership costs 40 euros per month, paid monthly, or 35 euros per month if you pay every 3 months (105 euros per 3 months), and a one-off registration fee of 35 euros. You will receive 11 credits, which will be sufficient to book one event per month.

📍Berlin: Our membership costs 40 euros per month, paid monthly, or 35 euros per month if you pay every 3 months (105 euros per 3 months). You will receive 11 credits, which will be sufficient to book one event per month.

📍Madrid: Our membership costs 45 euros per month, paid monthly, or 41 euros per month if you pay every 3 months (123 euros per 3 months), and a one-off registration fee of 25 euros. You will receive 16 credits, which will be sufficient to book one event per month. 

📍Milan: Our membership costs 45 euros per month, paid monthly, or 41 euros per month if you pay every 3 months (123 euros per 3 months). You will receive 16 credits, which will be sufficient to book one event per month. 

📍Paris: Our membership costs 45 euros per month, paid monthly, or 41 euros per month if you pay
every 3 months (123 euros per 3 months), and a one-off registration fee of 25 euros. You will receive 16 credits, which will be sufficient to book one event per month.  

📍Stockholm: Our membership costs 40 euros per month, paid monthly, or 35 euros per month if you pay every 3 months (105 euros per 3 months). As a Founding Member you will not pay a registration fee. You will receive 11 credits, which will be sufficient to book one event per month.


If you want to access more events each month, members have a special discounted price for additional credits.

What is the process to become a Member?

Thank you for your interest in joining Les Amis! Here’s an overview of the process to obtain a membership:
1. Submit Your Application: complete the application form.
2. Review by Our Team: We’ll check your application within several days.
3. Hear back from us: One you are approved, you will get a message from our team with details of Membership window and payment information. We will confirm you want to be added to the waitlist.
4. Membership Window Instructions: On the opening day of the membership window, we’ll provide full instructions on how to purchase your membership. Please note that our membership window opens during the last week of the month every month — this is the only time when new Members can join.

What is included in your membership?

A lot! Our membership includes credits sufficient for one admission to Les Amis event per month. You will also get an ability to participate in exclusive Les Amis members experiences, chat will Members in Les Amis app and get Exclusive partner offers.

On top of our standard Les Amis experiences, Members can participate in exclusive members-only events such as Sunday Brunches, Swaps, Member-led talks, Workshops and more. Our members are also allowed to book a spot at the event for their +1 friend, who is not a member.

Members can also create their own experiences with Les Amis, and earn credits that can be traded for other activities or products, or converted and withdrawn as money. We support active participation, so there is always a reward for a great contribution!

Our online platform provides access to a community matching chatbot - 'Amie&Me' - that lets you connect 1:1 to one person from the community every 2 weeks. Feel free to plan a call, coffee walk or a cinema outing together!

What if I am not ready to join yet?

If you are not ready to join the membership yet, and want to see what it's like to be a part of Les Amis, you can book your spot at one of our open events. This is a great way to get to know Les Amis.

Should you decide to try a Membership, you can cancel it anytime - no strings attached!

What if I don't like it?

You can cancel your membership anytime to stop any future payments. No commitments.

If you purchased a 3 month membership, but didn't like it, we will return your money if you cancel during the first month of the membership.

What if I can't make it?

You can return 100% of your event payment if you cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the event. For the special events, you will find the exact cancelation policy in the event description.

I travel a lot! Can I pause a Membership for some time?

We understand life can be unpredictable, that's why we have implemented Pausing Option to freeze account without loosing Membership and unused credits, The paused account fee is 6 euros per month. It allows you to keep an account without credit renewal while not booking or attending events.  You can use your unused credits once you move back to the Regular Membership,

Do my credits roll over?

Yes, if you don’t have time to use credits any month then we will transfer them to the next one. Credits accumulate up to 3 months.

Do I need to commit for a year? 

No, you don’t need to commit for a full year. You can choose to end your membership at any time, sending a notice at least 5 days before the renewal date. However, we encourage you to make the most of your experience by using your credits before canceling. Our goal is to ensure you get the full benefit of what we offer, and we’re here to support you in making the most of your membership while it lasts.

Do you have an app? How can I access it?

Access to the app is granted only to Members. Approved users will also be able to access it for a period of membership window. This is the only time when new members can join.

How often do you have events? Where can I find an event list?

We have tens of events every week. The full events calendar is always available in the app for our members. If you’re not yet a member, you can view the list of upcoming events on our Instagram under the "New event" highlights.

Who can I meet during those events?

We attract the creative friendly international souls who are eager to meet others. Our events are exclusively for women, as we want to create a safe environment for making friends, rather than a dating atmosphere. We strive to form groups based on common interests and personalities.

Do you accept transgender women, LGBTQ+ person? 

Our community warmly embraces transgender women and all LGBTQ+ individuals. We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion, recognizing that each person's unique identity and experiences enrich our collective strength.

What if I was referred by my friend or colleague?

We believe that great people know great people! Please ask your friend to share their unique referral link with you, register with the link, and you will be both rewarded! This link can be found by going to Profile > Refer a Friend (in the top right corner of the screen).

Where are you operating? How many Members do you have in each city?

We are active in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Madrid and Paris. All events happen mainly in the city centre. In each city, our community is vibrant and thriving, with several hundred members coming together to share, support, and inspire one another. We have more cities coming soon, so stay tuned!

Are all events English speaking?

Yes, all of our events are conducted in English to ensure a common language for communication. However, we are proud to have a diverse group of local members who bring a wealth of languages and cultural perspectives to the table. 

How can I become an event partner or propose an event?

Who are we?

We are Anna and Oleg, digital nomads and travellers. We both have a career in tech, but are very into culture, food, and beautiful lifestyle.

We love doing something fun and meeting new people. But we also know how hard it is sometimes to organise this by yourself. So we decided to start Les Amis to help people find new friends and make memories together.
